How it works

You describe the problem. We handle the rest.

Working with an agency should not require you to already know what you want built. Here is exactly what happens, what we need from you, and how long each thing takes.
  • No brief needed
  • Fixed scope before we start
  • You own everything

How it works

Four steps. No jargon in any of them.

You do not need to know what you want built, or how any of it works. You need to be able to describe what is frustrating you — that is the whole entry requirement.
  1. 1
    Step 1

Tell us what your business needs

A free 30-minute conversation. No jargon, no obligation.

We ask about your business, your customers and where your time goes. You do not need to arrive with a brief or know what to ask for — describing the problem is enough.

  2. 2
    Step 2

    We find the simplest solution

A clear plan with scope, price and timeline, in plain English.

We recommend the smallest thing that solves the problem — often less than you expected. You get it in writing, with what is included, what it costs and when it is done.

  3. 3
    Step 3

    We build, launch and automate

We do the work and hand it over ready to use.

Your site goes live, your listings get set up, your automations start running. We show you how everything works in a short walkthrough — recorded, so your team can watch it again.

  4. 4
    Step 4

We keep improving it with you

Monthly updates based on what the numbers show.

Launch is the start, not the end. Each month we look at what brought enquiries, fix what did not work, and make the next improvement. You get a short report you can actually read.

Your part

What we actually need from you

Less than most people expect. The most common reason a project stalls is waiting on content — so we write it, and you approve it.
  • A conversation

Thirty minutes describing your business, your customers and what is not working. No brief required.

  • Whatever you already have

Photos, a logo, a price list, an old website. Whatever exists. We write the content and fill the gaps.

  • Access, if you have accounts

Your domain, hosting or Google Business Profile if they exist. If they do not, we set them up in your name.

  • One round of feedback

You review, you tell us what to change, we change it. Usually one or two rounds, not ten.

Timelines

How long things take

Realistic ranges, measured from the point we have what we need. Your exact timeline is confirmed in writing before any work starts.
Typical delivery timelines by project type
ProjectTypical time
Landing pageOne focused page for a campaign or offer.5–8 days
Business websiteUp to 5–10 pages, from content ready to live.2–3 weeks
E-commerce storeDepends mostly on how ready your catalogue is.3–5 weeks
Automation setupChatbot, WhatsApp flows and lead routing.1–2 weeks
Custom applicationScoped in stages, with a working version early. From 4 weeks

These are ranges, not guarantees. If something is going to take longer, you will hear it from us before it does — not after the deadline passes.

Questions

The things people ask before they call

Why is there a setup fee and a monthly fee?

The setup fee covers the one-time build — designing and creating your website, writing the content, setting up your listings and analytics. The monthly fee covers everything ongoing: hosting, updates, security, improvements and the marketing work in your plan. Splitting it this way keeps the upfront cost low instead of asking for one large payment.

Is the monthly fee compulsory?

For the Launch plan, the monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance and security updates — a website left unmaintained becomes slow and vulnerable within a year. If you would rather host and maintain it yourself, tell us: we will quote a build-only price and hand over the complete source code.

What if my project does not fit any of these plans?

That is common, and it is fine. These plans exist so you have a sense of the numbers before you call. Tell us what you need and we will scope it properly — sometimes that is less than a plan, sometimes more.

Is there a long contract?

The first three months run together, because that is the minimum honest window to build something and see whether it is working. After that it is month to month, cancellable with 30 days notice.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, your content is yours, and your data is yours. If you decide to move to another provider we hand over everything rather than holding it hostage.

How long does a website take?

A Launch website is typically ready in two to three weeks from the point we have your content and photos. Larger sites and custom applications are scoped with a timeline before we start, so you know what to expect.

Do you work with businesses outside Bengaluru?

Yes. We are based in Bengaluru, which helps when local search matters, but the work itself is location-independent. We already work with businesses anywhere in India, and remote collaboration is how most projects run.

What do you need from me to get started?

Less than you think. A conversation about your business, whatever photos and details you already have, and access to your domain if you own one. We write the content and handle the technical set-up.
